Finally, things have backed off a bit. Our group finished the java program. It was due at midnight wednesday night, and we submitted an unfinished version of our program less than ten seconds before the deadline. Talk about cutting it close! We re-submitted an almost totally up-to-specs version at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday was a twenty-hour long day, no joke. I was exhausted all of yesterday, but finally got caught up on sleep last night. I'm very glad to be done with the java project. Yesterday was the last day of classes for the semester, so that was nice. After next Tuesday, I'll have a few weeks off. That should be very nice. Speaking of xmas break, I went shopping last night. Shopping for others is just torture to me. I just kind of walked around the mall in a daze, staring blankly at the aisles upon aisles of shiny,
plastic wrapped merchandise. I didn't do very well, and ended up buying a few cards and a couple of other gifts.

The worst part is, I have to go back and do it again. Don't get me wrong, I like to give gifts, but making the selection that will truly be enjoyed by the recipient is rather difficult.
